Ancol Pet Products is an independent, family-owned company specialising in the supply of pet accessories for dogs, cats and small animals. From our West Midlands base in Walsall, we’ve been developing pet products for discerning pet owners. In July 2021 we celebrated our 50th birthday!
When we first began, our focus was on leather dog collars and leads, which are still made in our factory today. The range and the company have expanded over the years.
Our passionate and driven staff work tirelessly to ensure every customer receives exceptional goods and exceptional service at all times.
Over 51 years of successful trading has ensured the Ancol brand is synonymous with quality. Through trend analysis, imaginative product design and rigorous testing we are ensuring exceptional Ancol products and services for the wholesaler, independent pet trade, and the end customer.
Looking to the future of the Ancol and the planet, we have developed fresh new ranges using recycled materials, and work tirelessly to reduce plastic packaging and ensure our ranges are as green as possible.
Ancol is a family-owned and family-run business. Founded in 1971 by Ann and Colin Lane, Ancol was originally a manufacturer of superior quality leather collars and leads for dogs. The range developed to include items for cats and coats for dogs, and other pet accessories soon followed.
Today, Ancol has over 2,000 different articles in the range and is rapidly growing! The success of the company has always been based around honesty and integrity along with an appetite for new and exciting product development.
Ancol have strived to remain a family business and maintain the values and principles that were there from the very first day.

Timberwolf Hound Collar
A complete collection for the countryside lifestyle
The Heritage Collection showcases highest quality items inspired by country fabrics and colours.
The range boasts;
- Beds and Blanket in quilted fabric or checked fabric, now hand finished at our factory in Great Britain
- Extra Warmth Coats in traditional waterproof wax, check pattern, quilted fabric or Herringbone design
- Harnesses in Herringbone or Country Check, sizes range from XS to L
- Various Rope and Training Leads
- Cute Toys with tweed fabrics featuring recycled stuffing and a toy box to store them in.
- Waterproof and washable collars and leads in Herringbone or Country Check. Collars are adjustable to fit and three sizes are available.
- All of the Heritage products compliment each other so you can mix and match to suit
The Heritage Collection Est.1971 : Vintage I Timberwolf I Latigo
The Heritage Collection boasts a variety of styles of leather to suit all dogs, there is something for all breeds , not just whippets and greyhounds.
The Timberwolf Range uses top-grain bridle leather in a variety of beautiful colours, for strong yet supple products, making the perfect accessory for your dog.
Our Timberwolf and Latigo ranges are manufactured in the UK by our skilled workers.
Latigo leather products are chrome and vegetable tanned, dipped in hot oils and finally polished for a beautiful finish in natural brown hues.
Our Vintage leather products are produced in rolled and padded styles for extra comfort.

Attach to a collar or harness using the hook . Loop about your body by going around your waist like a belt or up over your shouder like the strap of a bag.
